IF I CANCEL, WILL I LOSE ACCESS TO THE TEMPLATES IMMEDIATELY?
You will lose access to the Canva Templates currently in your membership dashboard on your rebill cancellation date, however, you can make sure to save a copy of any templates to your own Canva template before your cancellation is processed.
WHEN ARE NEW TEMPLATES RELEASED FOR THE MONTH?
We are a small but mighty team, but we strive to always have the new templates for the month released on the 1st. Sometimes there might be a slight delay, especially if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, but you will be notified by email as soon as the month’s new templates are released and added to the membership platform.
